ℹ️ About AI-Generated Learning Content
Learning paths, lesson material, flashcards, quizzes, and AI tutor responses on Aiducately are generated automatically by AI and have generally not been reviewed or verified by a human expert. While we strive for quality, content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Always cross-check with authoritative sources before acting on anything you learn here.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aiducately (“the Service”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “the user”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service in any way.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and anyone else who accesses or interacts with the Service, regardless of how they access it (web browser, API, mobile device, etc.).
Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Checking the agreement checkbox during registration is an additional acknowledgment but is not required for these Terms to be binding — use of the Service alone is sufficient.
2. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date and, where material changes are made, a brief plain-language summary of what changed will appear at the top of this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is stated.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance. However, we are not legally obligated to provide such advance notice, and your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

The Service allows you to create and optionally publish learning paths, ratings, comments, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. 9. Subscription and Billing
Aiducately offers a free tier with limited usage and paid Pro subscription plans. Free tier limits (such as path generation count and AI tutor messages per month) are subject to change at any time.
By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize Aiducately and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Auto-renewal notice — annual plans: Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. We will send you a reminder email to the address on your account at least 7 days before your annual renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before that renewal date via account settings.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following reasonable notice.
All prices shown are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until then.
EU / UK consumers — statutory cooling-off period: If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not already begun accessing the premium content. By proceeding past the checkout and immediately accessing Pro features, you expressly request early performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once access begins, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and equivalent UK regulations. If you have not accessed Pro features within the 14-day window, contact us at contact@aiducately.com to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, all payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, which shall not create any obligation to do so in future cases.

You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You acknowledge that identical or similar outputs may be generated for other users, and that AI-generated content may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy
18. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Aiducately collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
18.1 Information We Collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and hashed password provided during registration.
- Usage data: learning paths you create or fork, goals you complete, quiz results, ratings, and comments.
- AI interaction data: messages you send to the AI tutor and responses generated, stored to provide chat history and to operate the Service. We may also use aggregated, de-identified interaction data to evaluate and improve AI model outputs. You may opt out of having your individual interactions used for AI improvement by emailing contact@aiducately.com with the subject “AI Training Opt-Out”. Opting out does not affect the storage of chat history needed to provide the Service itself.
- Billing data: payment method details are processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically.
18.2 How We Use Your Information
- Create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
- Provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
- Generate AI content tailored to your learning context.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., email confirmation, password reset).
- Monitor for abuse, enforce these Terms, and maintain security.
- Analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
18.3 How We Share Your Information
- Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Google (Gemini API), and Stripe (payments), who process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
- Public content: Learning paths and comments you choose to publish are visible to all users.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Aiducately or others.
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
18.4 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Some data may be retained for legitimate legal or operational purposes even after account deletion (e.g., billing records required by tax law).
18.5 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
18.6 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate static account data we hold (e.g., your name or email). This right applies to structured personal data stored in our database, not to the real-time outputs of AI language models. If an AI tutor response contains an error or false statement, it reflects a limitation of the underlying model; correcting live LLM outputs retroactively is technically infeasible. You may delete individual chat messages or your entire chat history through your account settings.
- Erasure:request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection / restriction: object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described in Section 23. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and no later than required by applicable law (e.g., 30 days under GDPR).
19. Cookies and Local Storage
- Authentication cookies: set by Supabase to keep you logged in across sessions. Strictly necessary; cannot be disabled without breaking authentication.
- Preference storage: your UI theme preference (dark / light mode) is stored in
localStorageso it persists across visits. - Analytics: we may use anonymized, aggregate analytics (without third-party tracking cookies) to understand how the Service is used.
By using the Service, you consent to our use of cookies and local storage as described above. You can clear them via your browser settings, but doing so may affect your experience.
20. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aiducately with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Aiducately.
23. Contact
